About Me...
I started learning my first job as an electrician. I didn't pursue a university degree. But after i married, the desire to grow has begun.
One small step at a time I learned new things and new methods.
With continuous improvement I managed to grow professionally up to becoming "Technical Instructor" by a large known company such as "Siemens" teaching professionals an engineers in 3 different languages.
After which, for family reasons, I decided to change country and move to Italy. New challenges for me and I had to change my job again and to do that I learned to write manuals as a "Technical Writer".
But Life doesn't always go as we believe, and after the death of my first wife, I had a blackout. Alone with my 2 beautiful children. I had to reinvent myself again but was not easy.
I could reset my life, but to continue and for the sake of my children I continued to improve and reorganize my life again with small steps at a time.
The results was surprising and now my company is doubling its turnover over the last 3 years and I am a teached by the most illustrious self-learning teachers like Dean Graziosi and Tony Robbins.
I have successfully mastered the Mastermind Training as a Professional Knowldege Broker learning the powerfull techniques from them right now!
I want to help as many people as possible to improve their lives with small simple steps using "Kaizen", bring out their potential and grow both as a person, as family and in the business.
Remember: we need to "grow" because in nature all that is "alive" is constantly "growing".
